Svenja Weber
Social Entrepreneurship | Transformation | Stakeholder Management
As Co-Founder and CEO of Dialogue Impact gGmbH Svenja is a visionary leader who brings diverse perspectives into meaningful dialogue. With a background in film, executive education, and social entrepreneurship, she shapes her leadership by balancing ambition with pragmatism. She believes in co-creation, inclusive decision-making, and reframing challenges to unlock sustainable impact. Svenja’s commitment to Dialogue Impact reflects her passion for education and social change. Her focus: strengthening the global community, amplifying talent, bringing different stakeholders together and building a world where different perspectives actively shape progress.

Flora Rosenow
Social Impact Strategy | Brand & Communication | Strategic Partnerships
Flora is a bridge-builder between strategy, creativity, and social impact. With experience in communications, partnerships, and cultural projects, she combines analytical thinking with deep empathy for diverse audiences. At Dialogue Impact, she works to expand global reach, nurture strong relationships, and create meaningful visibility for inclusive initiatives. Flora believes in the power of storytelling, human connection, and shared responsibility. Her goal is to help grow an international movement that invites people to rethink assumptions and discover new perspectives.

Laura Gorni
Social Entrepreneurship | International Licensing | Network Development
Laura is a Senior Consultant at Dialogue Impact and a key connector within the global Dialogue network. Trained in art history in Italy, she discovered Dialogue in the Dark while working in event management and PR, an encounter that inspired her career shift. She became Executive Director of the first Milan exhibition and later held senior roles in project management and consultancy. From 2009, Laura was a partner of Dialogue Social Enterprise, the predecessor of Dialogue Impact, including serving as COO. Today, she oversees international licenses, external relations, and global controlling, combining cultural expertise with a deep passion for Dialogue’s mission.

Partner Communication
Pepe is an organizational psychologist, ICF-certified executive coach, and senior content developer at Dialogue Impact. He began as a guide at Dialogue in the Dark in Mexico and joined the global team in 2010. Since then, he has trained people with visual disabilities as guides and facilitators in various countries. He has co-designed leadership and positive psychology programs, supported the digitalization of Dialogue experiences, strengthened knowledge sharing across the network, and helped enhance the quality and performance of guides and facilitators. His work is grounded in a reflective lens shaped by lived experience and global practice.

Daniela Dimitrova
HR | Content Development
Daniela brings decades of expertise in HR, training, and content development to Dialogue Impact. She has worked as master guide, lead facilitator, trainer, coach, and global HR and content consultant. Born in Bulgaria and blind since childhood, she studied in Sofia and the United States before becoming a certified systemic coach and team development moderator in Hamburg. Her Dialogue journey began in 2001 as an intern guide at Dialoghaus and has since taken her to more than 30 countries. Fluent in five languages, she has trained thousands of colleagues worldwide. Today, she focuses on training, content creation, moderation, and family life.

Simon Horndasch
International Communication | Branding | Storytelling
Simon is a communication expert dedicated to inclusion and participation. After studying media and communication science in Germany, he gained experience in corporate communications at Bosch and BSH, supporting international teams in change processes. He later served as communications lead for INNOKLUSIO, a three-year, federally funded model project on inclusive corporate culture. At Dialogue Impact, Simon is responsible for international brand communication, partner engagement, and strategic messaging across the global network. He also co-leads communication for the Hamburg location, shaping visibility, outreach, and local engagement. Outside of work, he is passionate about storytelling and trying out new sports.

Dana Strupova
International Legal Matters
Dana is Dialogue Impact’s legal expert and brings extensive international experience to the team. Born in the Czech Republic, she studied law in Prague, Passau, and Michigan, earning both an LL.M. and a Ph.D. She practiced law in the US and Germany and later worked as a director at PwC’s Office of the General Counsel. Motivated by a desire to apply her skills to social impact, she joined Dialogue Impact in 2012. Dana values working with a diverse team and contributing to projects that advance inclusion and societal change.

Tomas Mumme
Fundraising | Development |
International Networking
Tomas brings more than 25 years of experience from the agency world, working with leading advertising, design, and event companies such as Uniplan and Marbet. His portfolio includes major clients like Daimler, Siemens, Otto, and cultural institutions including Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. At Dialogue Impact, he founded the supporter circle and partner network for the Hamburg location and has played a key role in securing partners for new national and international Dialogue sites. Tomas is passionate about art, theatre, music, and discovering new places, and he loves spending time with his granddaughters.

Claire Tietjen
Real Estate Development | Curated Realtionship | Fundraising
Claire is an investor, entrepreneur, and Dialogue Impact ambassador for Germany and Switzerland. With a background spanning business administration, rea estate development, and six years as the owner of a large equestrian enterprise, she combines hands-on experience with strong strategic thinking. Her commitment to inclusion grew through personal encounters, family ties to Dialoghaus, and the realization of how deeply stereotypes about disability persist. Claire advocates for awareness, fundraising, and partnerships that strengthen inclusive opportunities. She believes in responsibility, openness, and the power of perspective to change societies for the better.

Tharpa Huebner
Strategic Partnerships | Global Networking | Fundraising
Tharpa is a global ambassador for Dialogue Impact, building partnerships, opening doors to new locations, and advancing international visibility. Born in Hamburg and educated in Cambridge and Jena, he combines entrepreneurial experience with a strong personal commitment to shifting perceptions of disability. Blind since birth, he grew up with a mindset of courage, resilience, and high expectations: values that guide his work today. On his travels across the US, UAE, UK, Pakistan and beyond, he sparks dialogue simply by presence: a man in a suit with a white cane, challenging assumptions and inviting genuine perspective shifts.

Solvi Sander-Richter

Solvi holds a degree in business administration and brings extensive experience in controlling and finance across both profit and non-profit organizations. At Dialogue Impact, she is responsible for the finance department, overseeing taxes, administration, and IT, while also acting as a key contact for banks and tax advisors. Her work is shaped by a clear analytical approach, reliability, and a strong commitment to building solid structures that support sustainable growth. Outside of work, Solvi enjoys running and playing the cello.

Ingve Riese
Corporate Development | Executive Alignment | Operations
Ingve combines a background in IT and business administration with strong experience in organizational development. After founding his own company in 2018, he joined LIFE Hamburg in 2020 as Support Managing Director and Manager for Special Projects. Since January 2023, Ingve has been part of Dialogue Impact as Executive Office Manager and Manager for Corporate Development and Processes. He oversees cross-departmental projects, connects operational teams with executive leadership, manages core business structures, and acts as a sparring partner for colleagues across the organization. His work focuses on clarity, alignment, and sustainable organizational growth.
